Capital Raising Transactions
- Assisting an Indian textile manufacturing conglomerate to restructure and procure US$15 million expansionary capital
- Assisting a Singapore paper products wholesaler procure US$1.5 million funding to finance its exports to Middle East, SE Asia and India
- Assisting a Singapore manufacturer of exercise book, notebook, diaries and arch files to procure US$1 million funding to finance its orderbook for 2010
- Assisted a Singapore Food Café and Catering co to secure S$120,000 financing from 2 banks
- Assisted a Singapore-Listed Oil & Gas engineering company in corporate restructuring, procurement of capital and acquisition of US$12m Singapore oil & gas drilling tool company.
- Assisted a Singapore-Listed Oil & Gas engineering company to structure financing package and procure funds for its US$60m land rig projects in Middle East
- Assisting a Singapore Handling Equipment company in corporate restructuring & procurement of capital in preparation for a trade sale/IPO in 2012
- Assisted a Marine Engineering company to procure capital to finance its 2008-2009 orderbook worth US$2 million
Mergers and Acquisitions
- Assisting a Singapore Dental supplies company to JV/Merge with its Malaysian counterpart
- Assisted a Singapore Waterproofing & Construction Chemicals company to acquire another company in order to increase its commercial presence in Malaysia.
- Assisted a Singapore corporate gifts company to formulate commercial venture (with a view to merge) with one or more gifts enterprises to build scale.
- Assisted in the restructuring & merger of 3 SME business in Coffee trading, manufacturing and retail
- Assisted an US Energy Corporation in setting up Asia Pacific M&A outfit. Transactions supported included acquisition of electricity distribution & hydro power assets in Australia, Korea, Thailand, Philippines and India
- Assisted an integrated Asian telco in acquiring equity stake in an Pan Asian optic fiber company
- Assisted an integrated Asian telco in its merger with a Cable TV company
Management Buy-Outs
- Assisting a Singapore printing and publishing company to privatize and delist from SGX
- Assisted a Singapore plastic molding company to formulate financing scheme and procure funding for a US$50 million MBO transaction
